Angel 4i Integrated Amplifier
The Angel-4i combines our Angel-4 power amplifier and a fully passive preamp derived from the Angel-Pre.
Derived from the Angel-4, the Angel-4i has an upgraded 3-island power supply as used in the Angel-6 reference amplifier for even more transparency.
It uses our highly linear, low-feedback power amplifier design to deliver our renowned relaxed, open and transparent delivery of the musical performance.

What Makes For The Astonishing Musical Performance Of The Angel 4i?
We extend our low-feedback philosophy to the power supplies. The low-feedback amplifier is fed with incredibly pure, high current DC rails from low-feedback regulators.
The heavy machined casing uses different panel thicknesses to damp each other out and avoid vibration reaching the amplifier components.
The preamplifier uses the passive section from the Angel-Pre, with an ALPS ‘Blue Beauty’ potentiometer for the best sound with the convenience of a motorised volume control from the remote.
Speaking of the remote, it’s our lovely, machined from billet, tactile and practical remote control as used in the Angel-Pre.
The highly linear output stage uses 4 ring-emitter transistors to share the current load and remain linear, even when supplying large currents to keep a grip on the speakers.
The Angel-4i combines the world of pure low-feedback with the high output currents needed to deliver the whole authentic musical performance. It delivers musicality and subtlety along with power, scale and dynamics. It delivers Music!
